How to Team Up with Your Boss and Score A Home Run

Imagine for a moment that you are a boss who has an exceptional salesperson on his hands, who isn’t exactly the easiest person to manage. Now imagine this “spicy” salesperson orders you a copy of a book she is reading and suggests you begin with the chapter on Dealing With Difficult Employees, while she vows to read the chapter on Giving Your Boss a Chance.

This is actually a true story.  Mindy Novick, sales extraordinaire, has taken managing up to a whole new level.
